Binance Invests 1 Million USD in Blockchain Education in Vietnam
Binance has just announced the launch of the "Blockchain for Vietnam" program with a budget of 1 million USD over two years, from July 2025 to July 2027. The program aims to promote education, innovation, and blockchain applications in key sectors of Vietnam's economy.
According to Binance, Vietnam is one of the most dynamic markets in Asia for digital assets. The new initiative will focus on three main areas: training university lecturers in blockchain, supporting students interested in digital technology, and funding pilot projects applying blockchain in tourism and agriculture.
Previously, Binance has been involved in various community support activities in Vietnam, such as providing relief for people in storm-affected areas, medical aid during the pandemic, and installing water filtration systems in the Mekong Delta. Together with Binance Academy, numerous blockchain teaching programs have been implemented at over 60 domestic universities.
Through this program, Binance hopes to contribute to building a sustainable digital economy in Vietnam, promoting innovation and enhancing global competitiveness.
